Ev insisted she wanted to play Moana and Maui in a high place. So on top of the fireplace is where they played. They crack me up every week.

BATA Banquet

Saturday night we enjoyed a spectacular evening raising money for our adoption scholarship. I'm so thankful that Mom and dad share in our evening. It means so much to both of us that we have their support when it comes to all things adoption.

Play right

Today I spent the afternoon with the Miller girls. Maci and I played birthday party and I got to be Rich and Everlee. Apparently I wasn't playing right and Maci said I could just watch her. 

Community Greetings

I've enjoyed joining the Chamber this year with Community Greetings. Attending the lunch n learns and volunteering I've been able to meet a ton of people. The Chamber put me in a little spotlight article in the North Polk Living magazine. 

Library

A library trip with two is sure busy! We did all the usuals: lego table, train table, coloring, puzzles, and of course reading a story. It was so super cute Ev "teaching" Eden what to do. Eden just followed right along:)

Indoor Playground

Ev and Eden enjoyed having the big girls to play with on Tuesday. Eden got extra snugs and Ev got to play lots of chase. 

Volunteering

Monday evening I put on my old Marriott kitchen days hat and scraped plates at Pizza Ranch for a Community Impact Night benefiting Beauty Amidst The Ashes. The guys in the dish room were quick to say I wasn't afraid to jump in and help, how I ran circles around those teenagers, and offered me a job. LOL.
