Fun with the boys

Evan had his Chrismas tree up at play date today. So we did lots of talking about how Santa likes good listeners. I think it may be a long month until he comes down the chimney;)

This little gal was so chill just sitting up with the girls, chatting and petting(ok maybe grabbing) the cat. She's just so stinkin' cute:)

Enjoying our Saturday

While Tyler watched ISU win from this view Steve and I had a date night. We started off the night with a drink at Centro. Then we saw a great production! Two hours of laughter was just what the night ordered up for us. Thanks to mom and dad for getting us the tickets for Steve's birthday. We loved our night out!

Busy Kids

Ev invited Eden into her fort and Evs chat with Eden was super cute. 

Dress up time

Coop and Ev sat on the steps eating their snack, reading books, and having their weapons (spatula) ready for when the bad guys came.

Friday night Deadeye co sponsored an Iowa State Up 'Til Dawn event for St Jude's Children's Research Hospital. The event raised $80,042! Not wanting anything to go to waste, they donated the leftovers to Central Iowa Shelter Services in Des Moines. 

Park and Play date

Can't believe it's November and we are still enjoying Tuesday play groups at Miracle Park!

Thursday we switched it up and went to Coops so Andrea could get some rest. Eden did a great job sitting up. She's so serious;)

Ev and Coop were giving lots of love to Eden until Eden sucked on Coops finger and he thought that was gross and was outta there;) So the kids went downstairs and played garage sale. They are just so stinking cute when they play together. 

Happy 4th Birthday Emelia!

Friday we headed to Lemars and enjoyed supper at Texas Roadhouse with Geneva and celebrated her 75th birthday. So glad we got to be together for such a milestone birthday:)

No trip to Lemars would be complete without a visit to the Blue Bunny Ice Cream parlor for a sweet treat. 

Saturday we celebrated Emelias birthday and had fun taking pics with my new selfie stick. 

Afterwards, we joined grandma and grandpa K and saw our first Musketeer hockey game win! Thanks for the fun weekend!

Fall Festival

Saturday we had the whole gang over for Polk City's  Fall Festival. While Kneifls and Smiths took the kids to the fire station for the festivities the rest of us enjoyed the gorgeous weather! I can't believe we were sitting outside, on the patio, on October 29 soaking up the sun. 

When someone says "quiet time" for the kids Steve took it literally;)
