Makeup

While Eden naps we play. Yesterday it was in Andreas makeup. Ev told me she knew how to do makeup for real. She'd make me look beautiful for a date night with Steve. So I took her up on it. She gave me a smoky eye and told me "less is more" as she was applying my blush. I think both of us are ready for a night out on the town!

Tot time

Tuesdays opposite of story time Eden and I go to Tot time at Triad. For a month Eden has been trying to get her legs up and she finally did it! Afterwards she looks forward to seeing Cooper. He is so sweet with her showing her around and playing. 

Birthday

Saturday evening we had a fun time at Perfect Games in Ames for Jason's birthday. Our first event was bowling. Not  Andrea and I's strong suit;). After that lesson was over we ate, drank and played some more. Thanks for a great evening of fun and lots of laughs!

Museum

Last Saturday steve and I spent the morning with the Kneifl girls. We spent two hours at the children's museum. Ev loved the theater area putting on a play about rabbits and Eden couldn't get enough of the chalkboard using a brush dipped in water. Ev also was a stylist using the play doh. Afterwards we ate lunch, took a train ride, picked out one treat from the candy store and visited Claire's. I should say steve and Ev shopped at Claire's while Eden and I waited. Eden wasn't letting go of that sucker for nothing! After a fun day I Layed Eden down for a nap and Ev layed Steve down for a nap;)

Time

I find myself not taking as many pictures as the days go by and it got me thinking why? I guess it's because with each passing day I really want to be present instead of seeing the day through a lens. I so much enjoy my time with nieces and nephew. You are so special to this aunt!

Still exciting

It never gets old seeing the boys in a publication. This month they were featured in the Johnston living magazine about young entrepreneurs. 

Theater

Thanks to mom and dad we enjoyed our first of four Temple theater comedy series performances. We started with a drink at Centro and then it was upstairs for two hours of pure laughter. Dixies Tupperware party was a great start to the new year!
