Each year, this weekend, is so wonderful to be a part of. It was especially fantastic because I finally met and hosted a beautiful women, Ashley Mitchell, from Big Tough Girl and her coworker, Beth. She is a birth mom and started a non profit to help fellow birth moms but it has grown into an organization that empowers women worldwide. After the inspirational day we unwound at a fun little place called Escape lounge in Urbandale...and escape we sure did;)
